No. Registering as a vendor with Showmaqers costs nothing. We agree rates per job and raise a purchase order for each event.

Showmaqers plans weddings, corporate events and parties across Delhi NCR every week, and we buy from vendors for every one of them. Register your business once, get verified, and we send you enquiries that match what you supply.

What we look for

We buy on delivery, not on price alone.

You hit the load-in slot. On an event there is no second chance at it.
Photos of recent work, and two client references from the last year.
Honest capacity — tell us how many events you can hold at once in peak season.
A clear rate card or price range, so we can quote clients without guessing.
GST and a bank account in the business name, so we can raise a PO and pay you.
Your own labour and transport, or tell us plainly what we must arrange.

Is there a joining fee for vendors?

No. Registering costs nothing. We agree rates per job and raise a purchase order for each event.

How long does verification take?

We usually call within a few working days. Wedding season can take longer — you can follow up on +91 99107 72449.

Can I register for more than one category?

Yes, and most vendors should. Tick everything you supply in the form and we will send you enquiries for each one.

Where do you need vendors?

Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Manesar every week, and pan India for destination weddings and corporate events.
